Responsibilities:

1. Acquiring new business and retaining our existing client base.
2. Increase customer business value by utilising all available products and services.

What are the basic eligibility requirements to apply for an internship/co-op?

You must be a current student in good academic standing enrolled in a relevant program at public or private university/college.

What degree programs do you hire from?

Preferred backgrounds for technical roles include, but are not limited to: Biotechnology, Agriculture Science, Animal Science, Aquaculture, Manufacturing, Computer Science and Automation Engineering.

Preferred backgrounds for our non-technical roles include, but are not limited to: Business, Human Resources, Marketing, and Sales.

What do interns/co-ops work on?

Interns and co-ops have the opportunity to help advance the company’s overall goals. We will match the students with projects and teams that best fit their area of interest. The students will receive hands-on assignments range based on the company’s current critical path projects.

Do interns/co-ops get hired back full time?

Yes. Halways will consider to hire good performance student’s based on the company’s current hiring needs.
